Information we automatically collect

When you use our Services, we automatically receive and collect information, including personal information, from your device. This includes information about your device (operating system, hardware, system version, IP address, device ID, and device language); your country and general location, time zone, and language used; the specific actions you take when you use our Services, including the pages and screens you view and how you interact with our Services; the time, frequency, connection type, and duration of your use; identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser; and pages you visited before or after navigating to our Services.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Like most websites, our Services may use “cookies” and similar tracking technologies, including pixels, beacons, and tags. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to help us identify you when you come to our Services. We use cookies to analyze our web traffic, test content, store information about your preferences, and recognize when you return to the Services.

We use different types of cookies for various purposes: (1) essential cookies necessary for our website to function properly, including security and fraud prevention; (2) analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with our website; (3) advertising cookies used to deliver relevant advertisements and track campaign effectiveness; and (4) functional cookies that enable enhanced functionality such as embedded video content and form interactions. You can accept or decline cookies through your browser settings, though declining may prevent you from taking full advantage of the Services.

Analytics

We use analytics services provided by third parties, such as Google Analytics, to analyze traffic to our website. For more information on how Google uses data, please visit Google’s privacy & terms page. To disable Google Analytics, please download the browser add-on provided by Google.

Advertising and Retargeting Technologies

We use advertising and measurement technologies provided by third-party partners to support our advertising and marketing activities, including cookies, pixels, tags, beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies. These help us deliver and measure advertisements, understand how users interact with our resources, and improve campaign performance through conversion tracking, campaign management, and frequency, reach, and performance reporting.

We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, build custom audiences, and deliver targeted advertisements. Meta processes this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You can manage your preferences via Meta’s Ad Preferences or your Off-Facebook Activity settings. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Interest-Based Advertising & Your Choices

We participate in interest-based advertising, which means you may see advertising tailored to how you browse. You can control interest-based advertising by: (1) adjusting your browser settings to refuse or manage cookies; (2) opting out through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative; or (3) adjusting your advertising preferences directly with platforms such as Google and Meta. Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; rather, the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.

Video Conferencing and Communication Services

We use third-party video conferencing and communication platforms, such as Zoom, to conduct phone calls, video calls, and meetings with you. When you participate, information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any content you share during the call may be collected and processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the applicable platform’s privacy policy.

SMS/Text Messaging

We may communicate with you via SMS or text message. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from us (including by verbal consent during a phone call), you agree to receive text messages at the number provided. Our text messages are conversational in nature and are not used for marketing or solicitation. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
